Waste of money, look for people like Advanced Induction and Loyd elliot they are very well known for making proven (proven a ton of times) horsepower.

Better off shoving 100's into the intake manifold than putting Edelbrock stuff in there.

Call Lloyd Elliot. Great guy to deal with, always willing to answer questions, and he's actually a supporting vendor. Many of my close friends and I have done business with Lloyd over the last 6 years and he's been spot on everytime.

The Edelbrock kit is 396 FLYWHEEL HP this is 429REAR WHELL HP HUGE difference.

The Edelbrock kit is pretty much a joke.

the stock castings and intake have 5x more potential. As everyone has said, Advanced induction or Llyod Elliot. They have produced results time and time again, dont take a risk with someone else. Put your money with a proven spot.

If you really want aftermarket topend parts pick up a set of TFS/AFR heads and a converted intake. otherwise use your stock parts.

And the indications sofar are that the Edelbrock intake is not an improvement from stock. So why would you want to do that?
