Edelbrock intake - Need some install help

I'm transferring all of the fitting and such from my old intake onto the new one and have no idea what is supposed to go into this ~3/4 inch threaded hole on the passenger side of the intake.

I stole this pic from one of the members so I hope this isn't a problem but its the large threaded hole that is on the bottom right of the picture (there is nothing threaded into it)

I'm looking to get this thing put on for this saturday morning and don't want any hangups. Thanks.

I'll have to check and see if this is what I'm missing. I am confused because there are 3 fittings on the drivers side of the factory intake. The two you see there in the pic and another one of the smaller vacuum fittings just like in the pics for a total of 3 fittings to go into the new intake. As you can see, there are only two fittings for those you see in the pic and the larger one.

I plan on getting it dyno'd sometime after the install and get some results.

I was thinking and I may be wrong to it being called the pcv valve(too early in morning) Anyway the fitting with the rubber grommet has a hose on mine going to that fitting that you are missing. The it just does a little horse shoe.

That's for some pre '96 LT1's. The '96 and newer consist of one port for vented opti, one for brake booster, one for EGR valve and one for PCV valve.

93/94 vents the PCV valve back into the side of the intake manifold with the U-shaped hose. 95-97 routes it to the port under the throttle body.

Did you check Shoebox's photos?

No. I was referencing a car that I worked one before and just now realized it was a '94.

yea I have dyno numbers from when it was tuned but I've actually fixed a few things after that. The car made ~370 rwhp and ~360 rwtq but I had 4 degrees of false knock across the board which has been resolved and replaced both header gaskets because they were leaking since it was last tuned. I didn't expect much for the mods I had but I imagine its significantly (not a lot) more than it is now. I attempted to have the car dyno'd at a dyno day two weekends ago but the shop had some computer issues with their dynojet computer. I will get it dyno'd sometime this summer after the install and see what happens. Thanks for the help guys.

I did not look at that picture and should make a note to do that more often. However, I was told by the owner of the intake picture that I just need to plug up the hole with the appropriate size plug since it is unused in my application and was for his.

Thanks for the help guys.
