I always wanted to upgrade my brakes and love the look of cross drilled. Would just putting these on help with stopping power or are they just for helping the pad;s living longer. I found these on ebay and was wondering if they were a good deal. (Ebay usually is). Has anybody got these and are happy with them.

Also can you just replace the stock calipers with bigger ones, and not have to chage anything else. Not really a brake guy if you can tell.
