Easiest way to install wheel studs on rear?

I had a problem with a friend's lack of focus. He didn't torque down one of my rear wheels when I changed my wheels and it vibrated loose. Needless to say, they are chewed up. My wheel is fine, but I need to press in new studs.

Can I do it with lugs and a 4 way. I heard they just tap out with a hammer and you pull them in with a pos lug nut.

let me know please

The rears are easy to do I think. The fronts are harder...cause the Brake disk is somewhat annoying to get off. But it's not hard..I've done it a thousand times. Easiest way is when you loosen the Brake mount rotate it so you can slide one of the lug bolts in. There's a side on the Brake mount that is kind of edged off. You can slide the Bolt right into there. It may take yo ua while to toggle it but that's how it's done. IT was a bit harder for me because I was puting in longer bolts..but it should be easy if you have the stock lengthed lug bolts. THe trick to getting them on is with one hand pull the lug bolt so its in sync with axle groves and can't turn anymore. Then with your free hand tap the back of the bolt in as far as you can get it. It doesn't have to be in all the way....just get it in snug enough so it won't come off. Find a socket that can fit over the lug bolt and push it over the front of the hub. Then taking a Lug nut screw it on the threads. You can use a Breaker bar...or a really Heavy duty rachet to tighten it on.
As you tighten it the lug bolt will pull it'self into the Hub. Not hard at all.

Or you could have the misfortune to suffer my fate and have to pull the axle shaft and have that ring that is an 1 1/2" behind the hub pressed off.

If you have ABS and TC you will most likely have to take the axle out. You maybe able to wiggle the stud out from behind. I heard the best way is to bang it out and pull it through with some air tools to get it nice and tight. Wrenching it by hand will work just as well I suppose.
