E.t streets or bfgs?

Ok heres the dilemma. I am running nitto drag radials. and cant get them to hook worth ****. So obviously i need something stickier. I have a 3000 stall 2.0 converter, with pretty much all the bolt ons. So far i have pulled a 1.97 60 ft. launching very softly. I know i can pull a 1.8 bc i pulled a 2.0 without the verter. So my question is this. Should i go with et streets or bfg drag radials? Im just afraid if i go with et streets i wont have enough power and they will bogg me down. Oh yeah i pulled 264hp to the wheels running very lean. i know bfgs are stickier than nittos bc my friend had pulled a 1.67 on his in his vette? so what do u guys think?

well, BFGs are softer than nittos, so they will hook better, but wear out alot faster. the ET streets IMO are not streetable for everyday driving, just for trips to the track and back. if you're mounting them on street rims, then go with BFG's, if you have a spare set of wheels, get ET streets and hope u dont grenade ur rear end

i agree...no nitto's, bfg's are alot better DR, but they will wear out faster. If all your looking for is traction...u should have plenty with bfg DR's, my buddy runs 11.92's w/ a 1.6x 60' on bfg DR's, but i am goin with et streets...not gonna waste the money on DR's cuz i have an extra set of rims.

good luck
