Dynomouth to loud for highway driving?

Hey guys I have a dynomax ultra flow now, but want to switch to a bullit. So i will basically have the dynomouth. I travel on the highway a decent amount and take a trip to NC every year. I wanted to know if it is too loud on the highway. I know everyones opinions of loud is different, but does it resonate in the car or is it extremely loud inside the car? I want my car louder than it is now, but don't want to kick my self in the butt everytime is drive it on the highway because i have a headache.

thanks
Tom

I think a big part would depend on your gearing and tranny. I like my exhaust loud as hell and I really had no other choice since I couldnt control the RPMs when I had an A4 with LT's no cats and a cutout. With an M6 you could putt along in 6th gear and not have an extremely loud exhaust I would imagine.

One alternative would be to go for as loud as you can outside the car and get some sound deadening material, then put it under the carpet in your car........this is what I would love to do if I had the money.
The sound would stay outside.........
