Dyno Tuning Options in SoCal?
Dyno Tuning Options in SoCal?
Back in October my transmission gave up the ghost on the dyno. It was basically stock, so failure was inevitable I suppose.
I just picked up a built one from the Toy Shop and am about ready to hit the dyno again!
I still don't trust tinkering with it myself, so I'm looking for tuning as well, not just a shop with a dyno....thanks!

You're in luck! Jeff Creech of Carolina Auto Masters is coming back out to California to do some tuning on a few cars in March. The dates are March 18, 19 and 20 and the location is Tuning Technologies in Colton. Let me know what date you'd like to come up, or PM me for details.
How does the new tranny feel?

It's sitting next to the car, but should be back in by this weekend.

I'm definately interested in a slot if I can resolve my problem. I hope to send
some autotap data to Jeff for troubleshooting, but need to get hooked up
with the equipment first. It should be doable in the next three weeks.

That sounds good to me. I have an email in to Jeff with a few questions about some race gas.
What can the dyno place supply? Think C16 in the cell and some 104 in the tank? For a 300 shot (hope I don't break while on the dyno far from home).
Sorry about posting on all the different forums...we'll have to narrow it to one.

I'll follow up with you all and get your fuel requirements.

Haha...Probably
I'll just push it into a ditch as my backup plan.
