DYNO tune help

I took my car to Motor City Speed for a dyno tune. I ran into a few issues with the car.

Two cylinders 1 and 4 are not fireing at low RPM and another cylinder is weak.
The pipes are not even getting hot. I have no SES light.

I think it may be a optispark issue. It is a vented MSD unit with about 15000-20000 miles on it.

The Dyno is not showing a miss up top and has not rolled over even at 6700 RPM, but the numbers are not good.

350 WHP and 315 WTQ, on a mustang dyno.

We are also hearing a noise in the front of the motor that is Intermittent, a scope is suggesting the Opti or under the timing cover.

Re: DYNO tune help

So i have an update,

The miss was be caused by 2 injectors not being seated.

The noise is still in the front of the motor and the opti spark has a strong spark.

The noise gets better with the accessory belt off. All things spin freely. Im thinking the balancer is not seated against the crank key since i can keep tighting it past where it should be. Im going to buy an ATI super dampner and check the key.
