Dyno results 2/3/2012
Its a 1996 Trans Am, a4 with a stock converter. Other mods include Ram Air induction, air foil, pacesetter long tubes, true duals and a PCM for less tune.
I did four pulls. The highest I got was 295hp and 323tq. The average of all four was 291hp and 316tq. The dyno took place on a Dyno Jet with a temp of 73 degrees and 26% humidity.
Over all im very pleased. My last LT1 which had the same mods as my current LT1 plus a pulley and electric water pump and was also a M6 pulled 302hp and 326tq. So being that I have an auto im right where I should be.

Thanks, I think the PCM for less tune really helped me out, hard to say since I don't have any dyno numbers before the tune but I can say that the air fuel ratio was between 12 and 13 for the whole run, from what I understand thats pretty good.
I think you guys are right, with a stronger valve train and 1.6 rockers I think I should be over 300hp in the same conditions. Ill keep my mechanical water pump though. My electronic one would intermitantly cut off on my old LT1 and cause over heating issues. That was enough to turn me off from installing one again in the future.
