dyno results; want to make it to 300 rwhp

Here's the dyno results on my newly aquired 95 Z. I wanted to see what you guys thought about not only the power, but what could be making it jump all over the place like that. the only problem i know of is a fouled O2 sensor. There was also a good bit of black smoke out the tail pipes when he stomped on it. I'll be changing the plugs, fuel filter and probably run a fuel system cleaner through it. Just wanted to get some feedback. thanks.

The knock module can make that happen, I think. Madwolf could answer that better. Do you have a LT4 knock module? If you don't, it's worth the $25.

1.6 RR's will get you another 10-15 rwhp. They made a big difference on my car with similar mods as yours.

why did you choose the comp cam pro magnums? How do they compare to Crane? Did you change the springs and pushrods too? How do these affect gas mileage? Where did you get your LT4 KM? Thanks.

I hit 296 at the wheels last time I dyno'd. I also dyno'd the roller rockers and springs by themselves and gained 7 hp / 2 lbs torque.

Brent, I've seen your site several times. I like your ride. Thats about what I'm looking for. What kind of gas mileage do you get with the RR's and that cam? This is my daily driver, so i need to keep it in the mid teens or higher. Thanks.

rockers, ele. waterpump, no cat(don't know if you do or not), and a real good tune up. I would do the things you listed and change the pcv, coolant, clean maf,tb,air filter

did you replace the cap and rotor with GM parts, or did you upgrade to something else? what's recommended?

Can't recall the MPG I got before/after. But I did drive from Albuquerque to Wichita Falls, TX and back twice last summer and pulled in almost 28 mpg. I got about 15 or so in town. I haven't really tracked it since I put the cam in a month ago, but I think I only lost about 1 mpg in town.
