Dyno numers for XE 230/236 with stock heads?

Does anyone have any numbers for a XE 230/236 with stock heads? Or a similarly large cam?

Mine are rather disappointing #'s. I home ported the heads and probably cause some turbulence and increased the runner volume too much. #'s in sig.

Well then I should be ecstatic because that's about 100 HP more than my setup now and I'm installing mildly ported 96 aluminum heads and that cam!
My current low 14's should drop to low 13's w/o juice and high 11's with.

I ran 13.38 @ 105.8 before cam with bolt-ons and street tires. That cam should get me in the mid 12's.

I love the numbers that the CC306 makes but I want the torque up there also. I dont want to spin the motor much over stock redline. Is this too much to ask?

In a couple of weeks should have some numbers for this.

This subject has came up in the past just not enough people running them yet. Most of the ones I have seen as in RWHP has been rather on the low side. Kmook, (I think) put down close to 400 with this cam.

I'm using a 230/236 on a 111LSA.
I'm also using Combination Motorsports heads (Stage II)
Like with everthing else tuning is very vital to the performance of any cam. It let's you get the most out of it. Heck, I got 342 with my HotCam setup and that's on stock heads! This setup I'm hoping to put me close to the 400 mark.

I went with the "normal" xe230/236 which is the .510" / .520" with 1.5's, and .544" / .555" with the 1.6's that I'm using. It is ground on a 112 lsa and I'm complimenting with heads that flow about 260/200 and I'm also hoping for close to 400 at the wheels. As of now, the car is torn down to the block in my garage :-). Time for the install!

I think everyone misunderstood his question. He wanted to know numbers with stock heads. From reading other posts, I would not recommend that cam with stock heads, unless you are going to port them in the near future, in fact you might not see much of an improvement at all with that cam and stock heads. That cam is a pretty extreme cam, made for well ported heads, if you have those its the best, but you want something a little more tamed than that for stock heads. Thats what I think.
