dynatech lt's and true dual Q's

I am currently underway installing my dynatech race long tube headers. they have the 3" collectors. I'm wondering what other guys are using as far as an x-pipe or h-pipe to run off of the collectors to a set of dynomax bullets then turn downs. Does anyone know a specific x-pipe that will work with these headers. or will it have to be a custom job. I know that the dynatechs are the same header as the FLP design sells.

Thanks,
Nick

I'm not too sure how much difference the dynatechs are compared to the hooker lt's but there was a thread a few days ago about a summit xpipe that was a perfect fit for the Jet hot Lt's. The guy did the whole setup for about 200 i think. It looked really good also.

yes, i know that thread you talk about, it looked awesome, exactly what i was hoping to do. i am just unsure as far as the differnces between the dynatech's and jethots, and to what i need to do to "fab" up a true dual set up. Any help would be wonderful. THanks Guys.

really thats good to hear. Did you custom make it or what xpipe did you use. it would be extremely helpful if you could gimme a hand trying to fab this thing up as far as dimensions. or just part numbers of what to use.
Thanks,

Nick

did you guys just get rid of the air and egr? im still wondering on what i should do, its going to be on a 396 lt1 w/ the gm 847 camshaft so emissions is a wash cuz no way in hell can it pass.

how much does the x pipe cost to fab up? I'm planning on xpipe to bullets to turndowns.

yeah no air or egr. also the hole exhaust ran me $450 but that was mufflers and all, but I have it under the axel all the way to the back. It was just way to load to ride around with just turn downs on.

they were not that bad, just pull the steering shaft , the back plugs on both sides, and the starter. They both go though the bottom with no problem at all. As far as the EGR goes I just made a block off plate, the vac line that runs to the egr will need to be block off with something.
