Ok..i just need it for about 30 min of total run time(so the inspector can see that there are new cats on the Ypipe then they will be coming out.where can i get the CHEAPEST POSSIBLE cats that are small enough to put spliced into the hooker Ypipe for the LT1 hooker long tubes.and can this even be done? liks i said i dont care about performance or anything i just need new cats on the Ypipe. let me know this is really gonna help.

I am planning on using these. They are small enough that they should give very good clearance and they are some of the best priced that I have seen!

I have got a Mufflex right now and I am planning on changing to a Hooker for more ground clearance. I think that with the Hooker, it will be perfect for installing a couple of cats. It has stright lines on both sides that will work really well. It will just be a matter of measuring and cutting the pipe and the bolting or welding the cats on.
