DTC 16 and 36

I got a quick question. My car quits running after it warms up. I replaced the ICM and it still dies, still only after it warms up. The only 2 codes I pulled were DTC 16 and 36. All the wiring metered good throughout the entire ignition system. I metered terminal "B" on the ICM connector and got between 1.9 - 2.1 volts AC while the car was running. When the car started to stumble and die, it still the read the same, 1.9 - 2.1 volts. My MSD box and coil checked good and fuel pressure seems normal. I think its the opti, but want to make sure. Another thing, when the car starts to die, the tac goes crazy. Looks like a bad signal coming from the opti. Any suggestions.

Thanks,
Kiel

Did you pull the 4 pin connector plugged into the distributor? Seen many a person here have corrosion on the connector to which a new opti won't fix the problem.
