dropping oil pan???
1993 Z28,, can you drop the pan check the oil pick up, repair if needed and reassemle wihout lifting the mtor?????

If so any tips???

Supposedly you can with an A4 but you HAVE to lift it with the M6. Do a search on here, there's several threads detailing how to go about doing it.
