If it happens to have damage, I would not recommend paying a shop to grind it. It's too expensive for how cheap you can get a crank. I had several cranks offered locally at $50 each. Got an affordable $35 polish job and I was good to go.
These cranks are interchangeable so you don't need to worry about balancing, it will work just fine without any work.

2nd look...The oil would squirt out between the two pieces. When I took it off this time, it did not seem to have any pressure build up.

so im sure some bearings will need replaced. Will i be able to do this without pulling the motor? Ill oost pics tomorrow.
