Driving on flat tire

This morning I got up to go to work. Drove all the way to work which is about 15 miles away. The car felt kind of like it pulled toward the right but just a little but felt pretty much normal. I get to work, park the car and then I noticed I had a flat right back tire. I looked at it and it has a nail in it. Rim is still in good condition for some reason. I hit about 80 mph on the freeway.

The thing I'm wondering is if the tire is still good or do you guys think I caused damage to the tire or the sidewall of the tire.

The tire is a Bridgestone Potenza and there is still alot of tread left on it.
