Where will my weaknesses be considering im running a 400-450 HP at the crank thru an otherwise stock Drivetrain?

 

Torque arm, robs power anyways. Rear-end gears, axles... Look into getting a 12 bolt.

 

Well if im not looking to do very hard launches and am generally not going to be letting the clutch normally drop at anything above 3500 RPM, then do i need to worry about anything?

well as a matter of fact i just had 3.42's installed about a month ago and i have about no where near 400hp...but mines a VERY strong A-4 car...anyways i broke 2 teeth of the pinion gear, and about 9 of the ring gear teeth were looking in very very bad shape...

i have been racing on concret roads with about 12psi and it hooks extremy hard, and my car usually turns sideways on any other surface...i had two of my buddies with me and we pulled up to a stop sign torqued it to about 2400rpm then took off it pulled real hard then when it shifted into 2nd it went "POP!"...so we had to trailer it 30 miles back to the shop, and install my old 2.73's (man those things suck)

so in my opinion id strengthen the rear end first.
