Drivers side head exact same casting as passenger correct?

Drivers side head exact same casting as passenger correct?

Asside from the temperature sensor and coolant lines and blocked thread holes the castings are the same correct?

The heads are identical mirror images of each other and can be used on either side. It would be one head part number and they just used two of them-one on each side.

Get the plugs for temp and crossover out and swapped before swaping sides or you can't hook up the line behind the heads or temp sender on drivers side. You will have one hell of a water leak on the front too.
