I need some help. Im getting ready for the drag season once again and I need some help picking out some slicks. I dont want street legal, just a good drag slick. I have some Weld Racing 15 X 9 Magnum Drag rims and I want some skinnies for the front too, but I dont know what size works best on the fbody.

Unless you have a 12 Bolt (Which I don't see listed) you might as well put a bomb in your 7.5" rearend. They don't take slicks well at all.

 

With A4 you are pretty safe.
16X9 26' MT should work just fine.
Not sure what to use in the front

I hear it's a bitch getting those 16x9 26 MTs to seat on a 15x9 wheel If you're looking for a good DOT sticky, an ET Street 26x10.5x15 or 26x11.5x15 would work well for your 15x9 wheels. What is the backspacing on the wheels? You want to make sure they don't stick out too far.

I'm using a 26x7x15 MT Sportsman front on my 15x3.5" and 27x11.5x15 rear on my 15x10" (7.5" backspacing) Welds.

What is the exact size and spec of rim and tire that you use. By the way, that black formula looks bad as hell. I want mine to look very similar in the wheel tire area. As far as my 7.5 goes, Ive got some Mark Williams connections and im eventually going to put a 9" with 373's or 410's... I dont want DOT slicks, As I will be strictly using this on the track... UI want short wide slicks to use on a modertaly warm track.

The rears are 15x10 w/7.5" backspacing Weld Draglites with 27x11.5x15 Hoosier QTPs.
