Drag radial users please

Anyone using them on their daily driver? Also how many miles can you get out of them? Normal driving and "showing off"

I have only been running mine for a few weeks but I have had no problems. I am running nitto 555r's and it has been raining here for the last 3 days and they performed as good as the kumho's I had on it before. As far as mileage goes I have no idea, but the showing off part will not be near as easy, they hook better than regular tires even without being heated up, so laying down lots of rubber at every redlight without some pretty extensive mods is not happening.
Ohh my friend got 14k out of his and now they are bald and he still uses them at the track and says they hook even better than when they had tread.
Zack

p.s. Mickey Thompson is building a new drag radial too, they look pretty cool, they have a design similiar to a nitto and knowing Mickey's they will hook great.

I drove on my Nitto D.R.'s all summer, they have 6,500mi on them and about 20 passes on them, but theres not a whole lot of tread left. There not bad for daily driving unless it rains.

I have the 245/50/16's and they hook alot harder then the kumho's did. I am sure with a 17 inch wheel and the 275's it would be even better. The difference was alot, before I could not get into the trottle at all in 1st without breaking the tires loose and then I could spin them all the way through 2nd too and now it will still spin them in 1st but you have to really get on it good and then when it hits 2nd it will dead hook.
p.s. totally stock 6 speed

Mine hook like a bat out of hell on the street if I warm them up properly.. and I can use most of 1st gear..

My car on a stoplight to stoplight race is practically unbeatable by most any cars I'd ever encounter in the average city
