I don't have a clue what my car weighs, but between the subframes, the vortech (and plumbing), all the stuff I keep in the back, and 230 lbs of me, it isn't light i'm sure.
Guess I need to order that tubular K member and a arm kit from BMR so I can drop 100 lbs.

Running light weight drag tires/wheels, no A/C, racing seat on drivers side, no rear seat, etc my Formula weighed 3,760# on the scale at Englishtown. I'm under 200#. Stuff like a roll bar, heavy suspension components and a TH400 seem to take their toll. After pulling out the bumper supports, complete 4" Mufflex catback, front sway bar, cruise, AIR, all the heat shields, most of the stereo and anything that wasn't bolted down, it dropped to 3,635# on the same scale, although I added a Gear Vendor and Spohn drag rear sway bar.
I still can't figure out why this thing is such a pig. But I'm not surprised by the number you got.

mine was 3675 with me(300), full interior, 17" street tires/nittos, jack, 5 gallons of gas
car has done some weight loss, as have i. I figure my car with me in it weigh about 3500, with full interior and gas, with a full bottle.
