Does the Opti sit completely flush against the motor?

Well If you seen my other post you know my car is having problems. 1 thing i did notice is my Optispark doesnt look like its sitting flush against the motor. The screws went in fine but will this start the car from starting or any other probs? The gap isnt big at all. I cant even get my finger between the motor and the back of the opti. Is this right?

I'm assuming you meant the timing cover. yes, it's suppose to sit flush with it.

It will set flush against the timing cover....you'll know when it seats correctly.
This pic might help getting things lined up correctly.
