Does mileage affect your performance

I have a 96 Z28 with Borla exhaust and cold air induction and ignition upgrade. It ran a beatiful 13.29 seconds in its prime. Since then I have had to rebuild the tranny and upgraded with a corvette cervo and installed hooker long tubes. Since the rebuilt I thought it would have helped. Adding long tubes as well I thought it would have helped. I went to the track last week and the fastest it ran was 13.9. What happened...

um, did you yourself run 13.29 with just a CAI, borla, and ignition?

ya sure it wasnt 14.29

Also depends on weather, and how you hooked up.

Confused

I was actually driving the car when my car ran 13.29. That is all I had at the time. The weather was perfect condition and I hooked up real good even though they were not slicks nor drag radials but good performance tires. That whole day I was running 13.4 and on my last run I ran the 13.29. Like I said before since my tranny rebuilt it has never been the same.
