Does HPP3 really make that much of a difference?

Does HPP3 really make that much of a difference?

I mean, I could buy a lot of stuff for 300 bucks, I could get a cat back exhaust for my 94 Z A4 for that price. I don't think I'll ever be going over 130mph, so like, whats the point in getting it?

Big waste of money. Tested at the track. Does nothing to improve ET's. Tested on 3 different cars. Basically $300 for a fan switch.

Yea I got the same info and went with the PCM for less. I have a laptop so I have him send me the programs and I just program the car. On a stock z28 it lowered times by .5

The HPP3 is worthless. It is only good for changing the gear ratios if you change the rear end gear out. Get PCMforless or some other tuning software and really tune your car the way it should be done.

I am new to programming cars... Can someone explain how you get a PCM tune.. How does the process work, etc.
