This will help me determine if it's a grounding problem or a signal problem, i'm not sure. Does a a/f guage with NO SIGNAL from the 02, does it read the last green, the last red, or go blank?? I'm assuming last red since there will be no voltage. My guage is pretty much stuck on last green. Have to check the grounds too. Help me out if you can, thanks.

Hmm, well i just went in the garage, turned on the ignition, engine off, A/F guage on last green, never goes red.
So it seems it's not a signal problem, i KNOW the o2 is working, i have a scanmaster hooked up to it.

How bout this question, how bout a o2 sensor with a lifted ground, all green??? If this is the fact, i know the prob. Just wanted to know wut i'm lookin at b4 i rip off my pillar, thanks again.

my friend has one on his car and it stays all the way green. very rarely does the guage work. he has it hooked up but maybe something is messed up. we thought maybe he had a faulty guage but it does work sometimes. it does get annoying when you have the guage and all it does is stay on green. sorry if i didn't help answer your question.

it almost seems as if the guage works when he put amoco fuel in his car. however, it may just be in our heads.

I've got one and installed two others...my buddy's Lightning had the same problem and I just tightened up the ground and it's worked great ever since.
