I had a set in the past and sometimes drove it to work when I was to lazy to take them off after a race.

What milage are you getting out of them if you run them as a daily driver tire? I know that back in Feb, I was pulling alot of little rocks out of the rubber after the city threw down alot of rock becasue of some ice.

 

i drove everyhere with mine, including right into the back of an eclipse they work fine as a streetable tire in my opinion i had 6 months of use on mine including strip and street and they still had plenty of tread left

 

I'll be using ET streets before long, lol. I'll just avoid rain, but so far the test drive felt really good...except that they were at 15#s and you could fart and the rear would wobble, lol.

I got a buddy that uses BFG DRs as daily use tires, work just fine...rain, sleet, snow, shine...no problems from him.

 

The set I had lasted about 13k miles of street/strip duty. When I removed them the middle of the tread looked like a slick, but the outer part still had some tread left. Just be careful in the rain when the middle wears out.
