I dont like the B&B Tips either, rolled looks pretty tacky in my opinion.
Since when did the B&B become the cat's meow? Its a mediocare overpriced catback which is comparible to catbacks in the $300 range. They utilize the same old poorly engineered crossflow muffler design that nearly every other company uses. B&B makes oversized claims of 17rwhp and 42rwtq from just adding their catback. I even called them personally about this and they stand by their word of that kinda power. Many dont even see 42rwtq out of a cam swap. Now we have them being held above the ranks of GMMG and Corsa?
I dont think so. At least Corsa has some mean looking tips and doesnt inflate numbers. I dont love the corsa sound but its sure better than B&B. As far as my beloved GMMG, the B&B cant even remotely compare to such a exhaust system. The design itself is totally unqiue of any other catback on the market. The sound it unleashes from the LT1 350 is unmatched by any catback made today. I will say duals are comparible, but certainly not a catback system. The flow of a GMMG certainly out performs the B&B and any other crossflow catback system. The only ones comparible would be the SLP LM, SLP 2OTL, and duals, none of which use the crossflow design. Personally I love my Oval Tips and I'd even rather have GMMG's slashed tips over B&B's rolled junk.
So if you like the B&B great. If you want to blow major dime on such a mediocore catback, do it. But there are plenty of other better flowing and performing, less expensive, better sounding, uniquely designed catbacks out there who's tips dont look fugly. But each to his own.

Gentlemen,
I revived this thread in hopes of getting B&B quad tip owners to post a few detailed photos of the quad tips. This was so I could decide for myself if I liked them or not. As usual it has turned into another yours sucks, mine is the best ever pi**ing match.
Thank you.

Appearance = Tips - Pics - What looks good.
I'm stating facts pertaining to LT1/LT4 Engine tech, except for sound and look preferances.

Re: Does anyone have the b&b triflow?
No this did not turn into a pissing match. We are all giving you our opinions, that is all. If you want to see pics of the exhaust use the search and find some.
Re: Does anyone have the b&b triflow?
I did do a search, that is how I found this thread titled, Does anyone have the b&b triflow?, that has been inactive since 9-4-05. My reply was relevant to the post made by Z95m6 on 9-4-2005. It was my hope that B&B owners might help me out with some clear well lighted photos of the quad tips. Yes, in hindsight I probably should have started a new thread in the appearance section.
I've searched and looked at the photos at LS1tech too, but there were not any good photos...............but that may be because the B&B quad tips a just fugly
Peace,
Kevin

Back on page 2, post 27 I put a link to a wav file of my Firebird with the GMMG.
There is also one of my Firebird with the Borla with the block off plate installed.
Both recordings were made with the same recording device and in the same position, so you can tell how much louder the GMMG is vs. the Borla.
I don't really have an issue with how loud it is, but rather all the other noises it makes, especially the blatting during spirited acceleration.

ummm...ok
I had this exhaust on my 2002 WS6. It sounded great and the tips looked great. However, this catback gained all of 3 horse power over stock. I gained more horse power from removing the plastic pieces behind the screens in my ram air hood. If you get this catback, get an electronic cutout to go with it.
