Does any body know the SPECS on a 42.5 fuel injector wth a blue band?

Does any body know the SPECS on a 42.5 fuel injector wth a blue band?
I have a box of 42.5 lbs injectors. They OHM out at 16, have a blue band, three hole nozzle and the number on side is 01d0308. Anybody know the manufacturer? Thanks.
