Does the 3800 V6 have the same tranny bolt pattern as an LT1?

Does the 3800 V6 have the same tranny bolt pattern as an LT1?
Question is in the subject line.

Can a 6 speed be swapped into a 3800 V6 and can a 5 speed be swapped into an LT1
