Finished putting my motor and everything in and I was wondering....I have a 97Z with dual cats. I have to get custom pipes made because of my Canton oil pan. Do I need the sensors behind the cats if I had my OBDII converted to an OBDI?

No, you don't need them. OBDI PCM doesn't see the sensors after CATs.
