do i need an H pipe?
well ill be running full length headers and will be running glasspacks after that, im getting the kind of glasspakcs that have the flange that bolts directly to the headers. ill have small turn downs on the end of the glasspacks.. would i need an H pipe? i think having an H pipe after the glass packs would be useless, but do you think i would need to put an H pipe before the glass packs?
im kinda confused because the only mufflers ill be running are the glasspacks, and they dont have any backpressure and they bolt right to the headers, so i really dont know what do to
there is no smog testing in MN so im going to rip all of that crap out and i dont have to worry about running a cat

Re: do i need an H pipe?
An "H" pipe is used for sound resonation. The way the cylinders fire, #1 left bank, #8 right bank, #4 right bank, #3 left bank, #6 right bank, #5 left bank, #7 left bank, #2 right bank. Since two cylinders fire right after each other on the same bank, there's a sound resonation. The "H" pipe allows both sides to resonate evenly through both pipes. That's the only difference.
