Do i have an LT4 chain?

Do i have an LT4 chain?
I took the motor apart and the timing chain has the solid cam gear. THe motor has been rebuilt before and had a cam and other mods. I thought that this was one of the differences between the lt1 and lt4 timing sets? Could it be an LT4 set?
