Do bad 02's cause problems at WOT also?

My previous best time at the track was a 13.5 @ 105 with mac midlengths, stock wires and stock plugs. I went to the track a couple days ago with brand new Taylor 8mm wires, NGK TR55 plugs, Hooker long tubes and mufflex y-pipe, and PCMforLEss mail order tune. Well to my wonderful suprise I ran about .4 tenths and 4mph SLOWER than my previous best. My SES light is on and I found out that it is P1133 code which is bad 02's bank 1. They are Bosch sensors. The car idles like crap and also feels pretty weak. Anyway, my question is, can bad 02's be the reason my car is running such crummy times at the track? Do they even do anything at WOT?
Thanks for the help.

no...If I remember right...@ WOT, the o2's are ignored..so that wouldn't have anything to do with the problem...

Correct, the PCM goes to a set table of values for WOT, past 60% TPS I believe, and ignores the O2s.

02 sensors are ignored at WOT BUT, if they are reading really lean the instant before going into WOT the computer will add alot more fuel to keep the engine from leaning out at WOT while really causing the engine to be rich which can hurt power.
