Diverters leaking.. Bad ?

I installed MAC Headers and on the Diverters -

They swivel back and forth after at the base after install , it looks like they were designed to do it but I see air leaking out
Is this bad / should I stop it ?

The fittings should screw tight into the headers, and seal the flare of the metal tube to the bottom of the hole. There should be no "air" leaking out.... it would be exhaust, actually. But it shouldn't be leaking. If the tube is still loose in the fittings, perhaps they aren't tight enough, or perhaps the headers require an adapter.
