Disassembling TB

Is there a way to take the tb apart. I took out the round things in the middle but now I am trying to figure out how to get the middle cylinder that rotates to let air in out and also the throttle on the side. Thanks Fellas

Re: Disassembling TB

The "round things in the middle" would be the blades. They sit on the shaft, and I think that's what you mean by "middle cylinder that rotates". Its been a while, but I thought once you got the blades off the shaft, it would just pull out of the body.

Re: Disassembling TB

I'm thinking that the outer ring is staked at four spots. If thats the case then I can knock off the stakes and pull the stuff right out. I have already screwed up the screws that go in the blades. So i have to get it apart anyway to drill those out.
