Question Different type of O2 sensor needed w/ my setup??

I recently changed my car from stock exhuast to Dynatech long tube headers, custom y-pipe, no cats, and rear O2 sims. Well I purchased brand new AC Deloc O2 sensors for the front O2's about 2 months ago and they have kicked the bucket. My car stumbles in low RPM's and keeps throwing an O2 sensor code (PO135 I think). My question is, is there another kind of O2 sensor I'm supposed to get because I have longtube headers? I believe I've heard of heated O2 sensors and wasn't sure if these were required for my headers due to the fact that the O2 sensors are now further back in the exhaust than stock. I tried cleaning them and that seemed to work for all of 2 days and it kept throwing the SES light. As far as I know there aren't any exhaust leaks or at least not any noticeable ones and my EGR and AIR is deleted and I also had my PCM reprogrammed by PCMforless if that helps any. My car has 95,000 miles on it so it could be my opti due to the mileage but the only codes my car seems to throw are O2 codes. Any help or possible info on my problem is greatly appreciated.

Myles

How do the sensors look when you pull them to check them out?

Brown with some black soot. They look dry and don't really looked gunked up at all on the outside but I soaked them in Carb cleaner to get to the inside part.

P0135 is for the Bank 1 Sensor 1 heater. I would guess you may have a wiring problem, and you aren't getting voltage to the heater, or the connection is bad. You did buy 4-wire heated sensors??? If the wiring is OK, the heater in the sensor is bad and the sensor needs to be replaced.

Do not try and clean them.

I have the right sensors then so I guess it just went bad because I traced all the wires and they seem fine.

To check the sensor, switch the right and left sensors, and see if the code follows the sensor. That would confirm faulty sensor. If the code stays on Bank 1, its a wiring issue.

Well I ended up taking out the passenger side sensor which was originally the driver side sensor (which initially set the code) when I took them out the 1st time to inspect them and the passenger rattles when I shake it and the other does not so I believe I found my problem. Luckily I had an extra set of Bosch's and put those in and the car runs great. And I thought AC's were the best Well I'm sure it is a freak occurence but nonetheless I better get a new sensor from Ralph's Chevy free of charge the bastards the thing was only 2 months old
