Re: Different brands

If you do a search, you will pull up constant posts describing brand, different styles, cost, quality, ect. As for a simple cliffnote version, Pacesetter makes one of the best bang for the buck headers and Kooks makes the best quality header.

Imo Arizona Speed And Marine Are The Best Shorty Headers. A Little Pricey But Damn Nice. Hooker Supercomp Longtubes Are One Of The Other Best If You Get The Ceramic Coating

The AS&M's are not shorties, they are mid-length which are a great deal better than true shorties and almost as good as LT's assuming you have 1.75 inch primaries which the AS&M and RK-Sport do have. Shorties are not really worth it considering they cost about the same. LT's are the best if ground clearance and emmisions are not an issue.

Re: Different brands

I have HTS-Coated MAC mid-length and really like them.
Plug/Wire access is AWESOME.

Re: Different brands

Pacesetter:

very cheap, super thick materials, good coating, very very good plug access
I can change my plugs in about 15-20 mins

You can get coated pacesetters for the price of uncoated hooker headers
the Y pipe is half price also
