Arrow Differences between a DynoJet and a Mustang dyno?

Does anyone know the horsepower difference between these two?

We dynoed a 360 rwhp car on a Mustang dyno and I was curious what would its equivalent be on a DynoJet?

Thanks.

the mustang dyno puts loads on the car like normal driving around the town would, and the dynojet just has the car spin the rollers.

at least thats what i think! the mustang typically reads 20-30 hp less than dynojet, and the dynojet is the industry standard

That makes me feel happy. I dyno around 270 on a Mustang dyno so I guess that puts me around 290 or 300. Not bad. I have a few germlins I need to take care of and should be higher than that and I installed the AFPR. The Mustang dyno is supposed to be better for tuning as it simulates real world driving better than the Dynojet.

Here's a link that explains the differences pretty well:
http://www.activeautowerke.com/dyno/...gVsDynojet.asp

From what I've read, the conversion factor from mustang to dynojet is roughly 12% which seems pretty accurate from the dynojet mustang comparisons I've seen with similar mods.

Cool.

I got 268 HP which means if the margin of error is actually 12% I'm at 300 HP baby! My AFPR should knock me up to around 310 hopefully. I've run neck and neck with many a LS1 and actually edge them out slightly.

I was with an f-body group that dynoed on a DynoJet 248c and two months later they went to a Mustang dyno. I wasn't there but they all consistently had higher numbers of about 20rwhp on the Mustang!
