Difference in Plug Wire Ends? --For LT1

Hey there guys. I'm looking at getting new wires pretty soon, but I am having trouble trying to figure out which wire ends to get. I'm getting MSD 8.5mm Super conductors (good choice from what I hear). The question is, what type of distributor connection should I get? Take a look at these two plug wires that I found on this page. I have a 95 LT1 Z28. I have a feeling that both will work, with one being a 90 degree angle and the other being straight, but I just want to make sure. Thanks!

The 32149 kit comes with 180-degree boots for the optispark and 90-degree boots for the plugs. That's what I went with.

honestly for your mods i think you are wasting your money on $100 wire sets that are going to fit in your stock holders. why not a new stock set?

Having a GOOD set of wires is a good investment, IMO. I've had both stock sets and Taylors and after a few years, both started to deteriorate.

True that. More mods are coming soon, so I might as well get a good wire set, too.

Yeah, but more than that red, a better set of wires are going to last you longer. The stock wire sets are at least $60, and I HAVE to replace mine because I have exposed metal on 3 of my wires. Spending the extra $50 bucks will pay off because if we do the math:

Stock wires every two years = $30 per year.
Aftermarket wires every four years = $27 per year + better performance and more convenience.

Of course, as the lifetime of the wires increases, so does the difference in cost.

IMHO, the only stock set worth a dang are AC Delco plug wires and they are around $100 from GM...if you get them wholesale.

Amen! And in the end you might as well spend the extra $10 for the Super Conductors.
