hello the ta died (just shut off no spiting or spudering) when I pulled it outa the shop now it wont crank seams to have power to everything checked and I have my 1470 ohms on my grey wires with my key in, will vats caue no crank or start then die like other cars? thanks for any help guys. really just havent had anytime to properly diag and its over 100 outside.

 

VATS can disable the starter, but it won't shut the engine off after it is running for more than 20 seconds or so. Is the security light on?

 

no there's no security light on i don't think i have ever seen one. someone has messed around under the dash before me owning the car. Must have installed then removed an alarm or something can you say holly butt conector?. I don't know if it was runing longer then 20 seconds or not. seems odd though it would start then die then not start again I have torn apart cars in my bays this weekend so i guess i wont get it fixed tell next week
