did tune up after opti went bad and it know misses all on one side?

did tune up after opti went bad and it know misses all on one side?
replaced opti,plugs,wires,coil,ecm,map sensor,o2 sensors,and egr and i have developed a miss only from cylinders 1,3,5and 7 they are missing roughly the same in count as i watch from my hand held scanner what gives?
i really dont think thats possible to JUST loose spark on ONE SIDE of the block
