Since Im low on money I think I'll try porting them myself..that or I'll just sell them on ebay and maybe make $50-$100 off of them.

decent price. id just get em and practice your porting skills. if you find out its too much for you, you always have a set to have professionally done while your heads are still on your car. then you can sell your old ones when you put the ported ones on. be sure to have them checked out at a machine shop when you get them.

Average price. Hell, I had trouble selling the exact same heads, ended up selling them for $200. LT1 heads are a dime a dozen now days.

I generally pay $200-220 for LT1 heads, so that's not bad I don't think.

As far as porting them yourself, people dont want to hear it, but if you want to make decent power out of something, leave them alone. LOL.. I've gotten so many DIY jobs from people for machinework... everyone says, "they should do 255-265cfm" because some poor internet guide claims thats what theyll get. I've honestly never had a DIY head flow over 235 peak... Unless you honestly know what you're doing, you'll likely end up putting $500ish in parts (if you use nice parts), another $250-350 in machinework etc. and alot of time into something with a negligible improvement power wise. If all you have is a dremel, etc., then don't even start... you'll spend 30-40hrs making them ugly in all likelyhood. Of course, the bad thing about using a die grinder with a real burr is that you'll actually be removing material, which can get you in trouble depending . My advice, if you don't have much $, find someone locally if you can who knows what they're doing to do a quickie job on them... or try to teach you. It's something you have to learn over time, not read once and do correctly... fun though . Heads are the wrong place to nickel and dime, as halfassed stuff can either make poor power, or be bad enough to trash the shortblock.

From the looks of it, those are 561 castings, so they should peak in the 230cfm range as-is (the ones i've seen anyway).

Good luck with it

Yep, seems to be the norm on the going price of heads nowadays...
