If it's possible for you to get a lift drop the engine out the bottom. It makes pulling the heads soooo much easier.

Stop shopping for parts and get the motor apart. You'll never know what you need until you have inspected all the pieces. Then, make one big order and try to get a deal on the stuff. Drop the motor out of the bottom. I've seen it done, by one person, in a day. I'm feeling generous today and had a few free seconds...

yeah, I am dropping the engine......
Most of it is already disconnected......I was almost through yesterday getting the top end disconnected. I just want the parts I know I need to get here byt the time I have it apart. Since I am pretty sure the damper i had on did this I wanted to order one now.
