Despirate help needed to get passenger side shorty header in!!!! About to go crazy

Ok, i removed the starter, dipstick, altenator and this thing wont go in from the top or bottom. I have the drivers side DONE. This is frustrating BTW, they are pacesetter shorties.

Well, my hooker shorties when int ont he passenger side witht he dipstick removed...just took a little bit of finagling. I would recommend you try jacking the engine up a few inches...it only takes like 1 minute to get the motor mount bolt out then jack like 3 inches or so, should give you plenty of room.

Whats preventing it of not going in?
Try holding the header at different angles to put it through, sometimes you have to be creative and angle it in a weird position for it to slip around stuff thats in the way.
What I did was have my cousin up top tie string around the header so it wouldnt drop as I was underneath. I let it suspend so I wouldnt tire myself out by holding it and getting arm cramps. While I was under there, that gave me more patience and energy to see how I can manuever it around stuff and it worked successfully. I notice when I work on my car stressed out or without an extra hand, its alot harder to get certain tasks done. Hope that helps

nope didn't have to remove the starter. Buyt like said before...you sometimes have to put the header into strange and unusual positions to get it to move as much as 1", then twist it another way. But if all else fails, like i said just take the extra 5 minutes to jack the engine up like 2-3 inches.
