De Carbons are standard equiptment on F bodys for the money they are a great deal. As for ride quality. They are ok. Bilsteins would be better. Is your car lowered?

I've just ordered them too, so hopefully they will improve my awful 165,000 mile ride. I'll let you all know when I get them and get them installed. They can't be any worse.

Well, mine should be here just in time for the weekend. Weekend project for me ! From what you've said, I sure am anticipating putting these on

Were you missing any parts. And did they look almost new?

P.S. You were so happy that it restricted me from posting for having too many smilies, lol

lol, actually I won't know if it rides like crap till after I put them on. But my old ones used to skip CD's on the highway like it was cool. When people used to ask, I just said that is was sport's car suspension.... Hopefully it will be better.

I bought a set of SLPs take off wheels and tires. For $619 delivered with lug nuts and caps too.

Three tires are stacked in my den, the fourth is still in the box. Two of the stacked tires still have full nipps on the tread.

the nipps on the tread of my dunlop snows lasted about 50 gentle highway miles. that should give you and idea, or confirm SLPs claim of about 5 miles on the take off parts.
