Deleting Torque Managment on a 95. Shifts hit Rev Limiter.
Deleting Torque Managment on a 95. Shifts hit Rev Limiter.
Under WOT my car is hitting the rev limiter in between shifts. I've come up with some idea's on how to get rid of this.
Getting Rid of the Torque Managment
Shift Kit from Trans Go
B&M Cooler
The car has done it since I got it and even when it was completely stock, I bought it with 78,600 in August, now 80,600 miles.
Are there any other things I can do besides a rebuild?

I'm not sure about the torque management thing. I thought that was an LS1 thing?
I wouldn't suggest a shift kit quite yet. If it's something internal in the trans that is wrong the shift kit will only accelerate the demise of the trans. Find out what's wrong first.
Most of the time, a fluid and filter change will cure any "hiccups"...I would do that first.
And a tranny cooler is always a good idea.
