DD cam question

Hey everyone, first time on these boards and first post
Have a 95 lt1 with the basic bolt ons, LT's, ORY, exhaust, CAI, 58 TB and was thinking about a new cam. It is my daily driver so I'm looking for a milder cam, two that I've thought about are the hotcam and the cc305. Read a lot about those two cam's, but wanted to know which would run best on stock heads. Also are RR's necessary to switch on either of these, because was looking at my stock rockers and with only 31K on them they look terrific. Last question is besides new springs what other upgrades are necessary for these cam's.

any help/tips/info on anything would be very helpful

thanks for the link, helped answer many of my questions, now I just need to decide between the crane 227 and lunati 215/224.
Anymore info on these two would help, many nice things said about the crane 227 in that thread, haven't heard much about the lunati 215/224 (LUN-54779LUN)
thanks
