DataMaster DTC codes: Malf 32 & 77

I see the description but does anyone else have any input on what could be causing this?

The Fan 1 (77) is this due to the fact that i'm overriding the fan manually with a switch??

I would say so.. did you run your wiring like this? what year? I'm guessing OBD 1. http://shbox.com/1/fan_sw_diagram1.jpg

Yeah, your fan switch could possibly cause a code.

I have a 95 OBD1 car and get a code 77 do to my fan switch with leds(just like the posted link). It doesn't trip the ses light, but I do see it on my scanmaster. It also comes and goes from time to time. I don't know why it does it but it will be there for a while, like days, then disappear for a few days, then come back. I just ignore it.

Cool, thought so on the fan switch. I'm actually more concerned with the EGR code, what could that be?

Thanks for the feedback
