its like, when i revved my engine my dash lights goes dim and back to normal again. this happens less than 1 sec. is this normal?
i happen to have a sound system installed, but this flickering happens before the sound sys installation.
so is it of some sort of short circuit somewhere??
nothing is wrong with the engine or the car performance.(everything is good)

any advice will be greatly appreciated.

 

Sounds like coil related to me.Do the head lights flicker as well?

 

the head lights doesnt flicker, only the dashboard light flicker..
anymore advice???

 

I'd check the alternator and battery connections, make sure there clean and tight, is the alternator charging good? Just a though.
